What you're buying
Evergene is sold as a one-time single cycle, or as a 3-cycle or 6-cycle plan.
Multi-cycle plans are charged in one payment at checkout. Your cycles then ship one every 33 days until the plan is complete.
Renewal
Plans do not renew automatically. When your final cycle ships, the plan ends. If you want to continue, you place a new order.
Cancelling
Email help@herneshealth.com [or cancel from your account]. We answer within 24 hours, every day.
Cancelling is as simple as signing up — no phone call, no retention questions.
Refunds after cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. For money already paid, the 99-day guarantee applies: if you're within 99 days of your first delivery and Evergene isn't working for you, we refund the full amount. You keep whatever product you've received.
After 99 days, we refund the value of any cycles not yet shipped.
